Drugs in Context Neurology welcomes a broad range of article types including original research, study protocols and review articles.
In line with the principle of providing context for healthcare professionals (HCPs) to properly inform and improve disease management in real world medicine, we especially encourage the submission of articles that provide context for trials of drug interventions in order to motivate improvements in disease management by HCPs practising medicine in the front line.
Case Report
In this article, the authors describe a case study of a 31-year-old woman known to have multiple sclerosis and concomitant severe central sleep apnoea (CSA). She received the medication dimethyl fumarate for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, and her CSA significantly improved to mild CSA after the treatment.

In this review, the lurasidone development programme for adult and paediatric patients is described. In addition, the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics of lurasidone are revisited, pivotal clinical studies conducted on both adults and children are summarized, and several clinical cases are also presented.
